Third-Party Contractor Access & Attendance
This form records attendance at the property to facilitate third-party contractor access and appointments (e.g. surveyors, specialists, utility companies, solicitors). An agreed hourly rate between £25–£40 per hour applies for Agent attendance. This form should be completed and signed by both the Agent and Client prior to the scheduled appointment.

The Client agrees to pay the Agent for facilitating access and managing this appointment at an agreed hourly rate. The rate must be between £25 and £40 per hour, as permitted under Clause 13 of the Agency Agreement.

Important: The Client is required to agree in advance to this charge. The fee becomes payable by the Client prior to the appointment or, where agreed, may be added to the final invoice from the Client's solicitor on completion. If the Client withdraws from the sale prior to completion, this charge will be added to the Rightmove advertising recovery invoice and becomes immediately payable.

Clause Reference
This form relates to Clause 13 of the Agency Agreement: Third-Party Access & Agent Attendance Charge.
The charge will only be applied at the Agent's discretion where the Agent considers it appropriate given the nature and duration of attendance.
Client Consent Required
The Client must provide written consent in advance of any Agent attendance for third-party appointments. No charge will be applied without prior agreement. This form documents that agreement and protects both parties.
